How do I return an item? Unworn items may be exchanged for in store credit within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. To exchange an item please send your order receipt along with a note of the item you would like to exchange it for to:

If you item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize, please email returns@ilycouture.com and we will email you a return label to send the item back to be replaced. All clearance items are final sale.
