How do I return an item?
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE, OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 15- 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE. DUE TO HYGIENE, EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURN AND PROCESS IT AS REQUESTED, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE RETURN TO BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED.
Do you offer Price Adjustments if the item I bought went on sale?
We offer in store credit price adjustments with in 7 days of purchase. Please email customer service with your first and last name and/or order number and they will issue an in store credit for the difference in price.
All clearance and sample sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
** Sample sale items are not the same quality of items sold at retail. These items are significantly discounted because they may be scratched, missing stones, or clasps and may need to be repaired.

Exchanges take 2-5 business days to process once we receive them. We will send you an email notifying you your return has been received. If you have any further questions regarding your return please email email@example.com.
If you item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a return label to send the item back to be replaced
